An approved plan

A long-approved precinct, now well into delivery.

Thompsons Road is a 694 hectare precinct at Clyde North, gazetted in 2014 under Amendment C185 to the Casey Planning Scheme. The plan sets out around 6,100 homes for about 17,100 residents, with roughly 8,900 local jobs, in one of Melbourne's most active growth corridors.

Because the framework is already approved, buyers can see the intended road network, town centre, school sites and open space before they commit.
